Tend Your Spirit at the Benedictine Center
As a new year begins, many of us feel a quiet longing—to slow down, to breathe more deeply, and to tend to the inner life that so often gets pushed aside. The Benedictine Center at St. Paul’s Monastery offers a warm and welcoming invitation to make space for your spiritual well-being through a rich lineup of programs designed to nurture reflection, healing, creativity, and contemplative practice.
Rooted in the Benedictine values of hospitality, balance, and attentive listening, these offerings invite you to care for your spirit in community—at a pace that honors your life as it is. Visit www.stpaulsmonastery.org and view our events calendar for more information. Each listed event is linked to its registration page for more information and the ability to register right away if you feel called to participate in that program.
Limited scholarships are available. Please contact any of our team in the Benedictine Center for information on financial support.

Beyond Programs: Retreats and Spiritual Direction
In addition to these scheduled offerings, you are invited to consider a personal retreat at the Monastery through our Benedictine Center guest house—whether for a single day or several days. Retreat time offers sacred space to rest, pray, walk the grounds, and reconnect with what gives you life. Contact Paul Tillman at 651-777-8181, ext 146 to explore retreat opportunities that meet your needs during a stay at St. Paul’s Monastery.
You may also feel drawn to spiritual direction, a one-on-one relationship focused on listening for God’s presence and movement in your everyday experiences. Opportunities for spiritual direction happen at the Monastery but also at other locations across the metro, and online. Contact Mary Ebb at 651-777-8181, ext 148 for more information (or attend on of the upcoming Intro to Spiritual Direction sessions on Zoom to learn more).
A Gentle Call to Care for Your Spirit

We invite you to register today and learn more by visiting the events page at www.stpaulsmonastery.org/events. Come as you are, and allow this sacred place to support you in beginning the year grounded in hope, presence, and peace.
Wherever you are in your spiritual seeking you are always welcome here at St. Paul’s Monastery and Benedictine Center.
