This day retreat is designed for those who have completed a basic introduction and are ready to further deepen their connection with God\, self\, and others.\n\nWhat to ExpectOur day together will include a review of the BioSpiritual Focusing steps\, a live demonstration\, an opportunity for partnered focusing\, and time for prayer and reflection.\n\nContinued SupportYour journey doesn’t end when the retreat concludes. To support your ongoing practice\, we offer the option of monthly gatherings\, which you will hear more about during this retreat. You must have completed BioSpiritual Focusing Level 1 to participate or contact the facilitator Kami Pohl for permission if you have not participated in Level 1 training.
