Join the Benedictine Sisters of St. Paul’s Monastery for our annual Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, September 19 at 10:30 AM. All are welcome, along with pets of every kind, for a joyful outdoor prayer service and individual blessings celebrating the special bond we share with all creatures. Pets will receive a Monastery bandana and blessed St. Benedict medal, with treats and refreshments for all. Guests are also invited to bring a donation of pet food or supplies for Tubman’s Harriet’s Haven for Pets. Registrations encouraged, just bring your beloved companion and a smile!
