SUMMARY:Discovering SoulCollage®
DESCRIPTION:SoulCollage® is a gentle\, creative process for exploring the many parts of yourself. Using simple materials—images\, scissors\, glue\, and cards—you intuitively create a personal deck of collaged cards that reflect aspects of who you are.  Through journaling and guided reflection\, you engage in a dialogue with your cards\, uncovering insights\, guidance\, and wisdom that come from within. \nDeveloped by Seena B. Frost\, SoulCollage® is a playful yet profound practice that supports self-discovery\, healing\, and connection with your own inner guidance. \nNo artistic experience is needed—just curiosity\, openness\, and a willingness to listen to the voice of your soul. \nYou will be provided with a rich supply of images to create two SoulCollage® cards during this session. \n \n  \nLisa Mer\n\nLisa Mer (she/her) is a certified spiritual guide\, trained facilitator for SoulCollage® and Poetic Medicine’s Poetry as a Tool for Wellness. Lisa is also a certified Veriditas labyrinth facilitator as well as offering Sand & Symbol\, a spiritual sand tray practice. She is steeped in Parker Palmer’s Courage and Renewal work and served in public education for over 30 years. She believes that symbols\, images\, and metaphors are powerful ways to give voice to our inner wisdom.
