What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is a relationship in which a trained spiritual director accompanies you on your spiritual journey, helping you to notice and respond to God’s presence in your life. It is a process that encourages deeper intimacy with God, greater self-awareness, and alignment with your true purpose.
As one spiritual director reflects, “I have learned to trust in the strategic wisdom of Jeremiah 29:11”

What to Expect
In spiritual direction sessions, you can expect a safe and confidential space to explore your spiritual experiences, questions, and challenges. These sessions typically involve periods of silence, prayer, and conversation, allowing you to reflect deeply on your relationship with God. The goal is not to provide answers but to support you in discerning God’s movement in your life.
